Terms of Use
Version of 8 October 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the MESHLE Portal at products.meshle.com and the MESHLE Academy (together "the portal"), provided by MESHLE GmbH, Parkstr. 42, 47877 Willich, Germany ("MESHLE", "we").
The portal is offered free of charge and exclusively to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, and to people who use it on behalf of such a business. Purchases of products are governed solely by our general terms and conditions and by individual agreements.
Individual agreements with your company, such as partner, distribution or confidentiality agreements, take precedence over these terms.
2. Registration and account
- Provide accurate details and register with your business email address. Keep them up to date.
- Each account belongs to one person. Keep your password confidential and do not let others use your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- There is no right to an account. We may decline a registration without giving reasons, in particular if it does not come from a business.
- Which content you see depends on the role and company we assign to your account.
3. Use of the content
Product information, images, datasheets, media, catalogues and Academy material in the portal are protected by copyright and trademark law. Trademarks of the manufacturers remain theirs.
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, ending with your use of the portal, to use the content to sell, plan, install and support MESHLE products and the products listed in the portal, including passing it to your customers for that purpose.
- Content that is not public, such as unreleased products, partner material and Academy content, is for your company only. Do not pass it on outside your company or publish it.
- Do not copy the portal in bulk, scrape it or access it automatically, except through interfaces and API keys we provide for that purpose.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the portal for vulnerabilities or disrupt its operation.
4. Content you submit
You may submit inquiries, helpdesk tickets, comments, feedback and files. You confirm that you are entitled to do so and that they contain no unlawful content and no personal data of others beyond what the request needs. You grant MESHLE the non-exclusive right to use them to handle your request and to improve our products and services.
If you provide product data, images, datasheets or other material for a manufacturer, you grant MESHLE, free of charge and for an unlimited period, the non-exclusive right to use, edit and make it available in the portal, the Academy, catalogues and exports to other users, and to use it to market and sell the products. You confirm that you have the rights to do so.
5. Information without guarantee
We compile product information carefully, partly from manufacturers' data. It is for information only and is not a guarantee of characteristics. Only the information in a quotation or order confirmation is binding.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the portal available, but there is no claim to a specific availability. We may change, extend or discontinue features and content, and interrupt the portal for maintenance.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, where we have given a guarantee or fraudulently concealed a defect, and where liability is mandatory by law (in particular under the GDPR). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation that is essential to achieving the purpose of these terms, and only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded. These limits also apply to our employees and agents.
8. Term and termination
You can end the use at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@meshle.com. We can close an account with reasonable notice, and block it immediately if these terms are breached or the account is misused.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for objective reasons, such as new features or changes in the law. We will inform you of changes at least four weeks before they take effect, by email or in the portal. If you do not object before then, the new terms apply; we will point this out in the notice. If you object, either party may end the use. This does not apply to changes to the main features of the portal or to the balance between your and our rights and obligations; for such changes we will ask for your consent.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MESHLE GmbH, provided the business you act for is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
